Premium Recreation
Looking for a little more excitement? Add Premium Recreation to your event. While all recreation activities are included in every retreat package, some require minimal charges for staffing. Event planners, please note that since some setup and orientation is necessary, all activities do require advanced scheduling with your Conference Services coordinator.
Rock Climbing
Lake Williamson has two rock climbing venues for groups! Gym One in the Activities Center is home to Lake Williamson’s Rock Wall. This is a great option to add on with other basic recreation activities available in the AC. Schedule time for your group with one of Lake Williamson’s trained belayers! Our staff belayers will help your group members put on their harness and tie into the ropes. Or check out our climbing gym for a more challenging experience.
Cost: $18/hour per belayer

Beach and Outdoor Pool
The Beachfront & Outdoor Pool are open Memorial Day to Labor Day. When our conference and retreat groups schedule the beachfront, they get to enjoy the multiple beach activities, as well as the outdoor pool. The outdoor pool features a full-size swimming pool and diving board. At the beach you can ride the plunge slide down twists and turns, get launched off the famous blob, climb the iceberg, jump on the water trampoline, relax on the sand, go canoeing or ride along on a paddleboat. Groups only using the boats must still have a lifeguard on duty. Please note that the beachfront and outdoor pool will close for unsafe weather conditions.

76-150 are $125/hour
151+ are $180/hour

The indoor pool is located in the Activities Center building and open all year round, pending unsafe weather conditions. Our conference and retreat groups will enjoy the versatile pool as it has both a shallow and deep end, as well as a baby pool and adult hot tub. Lifeguards are required for all groups with guests under 18 years old.
Cost: $20/ hour per lifeguard, 2 hour minimum
