Open Part-time Positions:

Year-Round Team Building Facilitator - Eagle Crest Adventures, the premier adventure recreation and education programs hosted at Lake Williamson, is in search of year-round part-time facilitators. The facilitator plays a key role in leading and supervising guest groups during programmed activities. This includes facilitating team-building initiatives, overseeing adventure elements (such as challenge courses, zip lines, climbing walls, etc.), and ensuring a safe, encouraging, and Christ-focused environment for all participants. The facilitator needs to be comfortable with heights and lifting weight. We provide on-the-job training for this position.

Year-Round Activities Center Attendant - We are in search of year-round, part-time attendants. Responsibilities include helping check in groups, overseeing recreation in the Activities Center, and selling candy/merchandise. This position is the primary point of contact for our guests on campus, so individuals will need strong communication skills and be able to provide excellent customer service. This position does require physical activity, requiring you to be standing the majority of your shift and carrying 75 lbs. of weight. Shifts are primarily nights and weekends.

Guest Services Supervisor - We are looking to hire a Guest Services Supervisor to join our Christian oriented team. Before guests arrive, our Guest Services Team is responsible for setting up all meeting spaces to the specifications of our groups (which will require a high level of physical labor and lifting), ensure all spaces are clean, and will set up, operate, install, and troubleshoot Audio/Visual equipment. While our guests are on the grounds, our Guest Services Team is the main contact for the leadership of each group to talk with regarding anything they may need, problems they may be experiencing, and they will offer solutions in every situation.
