Part-time Positions:
Summer Positions - We are currently hiring seasonal positions in all departments: food service, event setup, front desk, maintenance, landscaping, housekeeping, overnight custodial, lifeguard, team building & zipline facilitator. All positions are part-time with hour expectations ranging from 15-40 hours per week. All positions are $15.50 per hour.

Year-Round Team Building Facilitator - Eagle Crest Adventures, the premier adventure recreation and education programs hosted at Lake Williamson, is in search of year-round part-time facilitators. The facilitator plays a key role in leading and supervising guest groups during programmed activities. This includes facilitating team-building initiatives, overseeing adventure elements (such as challenge courses, zip lines, climbing walls, etc.), and ensuring a safe, encouraging, and Christ-focused environment for all participants. The facilitator needs to be comfortable with heights and lifting weight. We provide on-the-job training for this position.
Year-Round Guest Services Position - Key role at Lake Williamson that is responsible for providing a welcoming, clean, and comfortable environment for all guests. This position focuses on delivering excellent hospitality through meeting room setup and custodial. This position is responsible for assisting with guest needs during their stay. Primarily weekends and evening shifts.
Year-Round Front Desk Attendant - Key role at Lake Williamson that is responsible for providing a welcoming, clean, and comfortable environment for all guests. This position focuses on delivering excellent hospitality through managing the front desk, gift shop, and equipment rentals. This position is responsible for assisting with guest needs during their stay. Primarily weekends and evening shifts.
Marketing Remote/In-Person Position - We are hiring a part-time position in the Marketing department that would maintain 15-20 hours per week. This position would be responsible for social media content creation and analytics, content writing for marketing promotions, research writing for blogs and publications, website content and analytics. While the majority of the hours can be remote, there will be scheduled in-office hours at the Carlinville, Illinois office.

Activities Center & Front Desk Supervisor - This leadership position would be responsible for the Activities Center department and team. This includes management over the front desk, guest assistance, phone and emergency broadcast systems, recreation facilities, recreation equipment rentals, gift shop and Square system, and all custodial tasks for the building. They will need to train and manage a team of people as well as budget for their department. Nights and weekend hours may be required. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will regularly move about our facility where standing, sitting, bending, and lifting to 75 lbs. will be required. Benefits package included.
General Maintenance/Food Service Cook Hybrid - We are looking to hire a qualified maintenance team member who is also willing to crossover to our food services team when needed. Demonstrated knowledge and skill in general building maintenance, carpentry, electrical, lighting, plumbing, vehicle repair and upkeep are preferred skills. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will regularly move about our facility where standing, sitting, bending, and lifting to 75 lbs. will be required. Benefits package included.
Guest Services Position - We're looking to hire another full-time member to our Guest Services team. This person would be working closely with our events and guests. They would be responsible for setting up meeting spaces and handling audio/visual needs in those spaces. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will regularly move about our facility where standing, sitting, bending, and lifting to 75 lbs. will be required. Benefits package included.
Overnight Custodian - This position would be working overnight shifts cleaning various buildings and spaces. They would answer to the Custodial Supervisor. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will regularly move about our facility where standing, sitting, bending, and lifting to 75 lbs. will be required. Benefits package included.
