Each adventure is custom tailored to “fit” specific groups. Eagle Crest’s staff take into consideration the group’s stated goals, felt needs, and physical abilities. Trained facilitators guide participants through challenges designed to help build confidence, teamwork, and unity.

Eagle Crest's facilitators customize a progression of activities for your group.  As participants work through the challenges they will learn to rely on other group member's strengthens, discover new things about themselves, and learn to relate their Eagle Crest Adventure to real-life.

What makes Lake Williamson challenges courses unique?

  • Indoor team course
  • Open year-round
  • Low challenge elements
  • High challenge elements
  • Climbing gym
  • Outdoor low elements
  • Outdoor high elements

Typically, a low challenge course is filled with team elements that will test the group’s problem solving skills and teach them new ways to rely on each other.  After the group has made huge strides as a team, they move on to high elements, but generally speaking, high courses are filled with individual challenges.  The one-of-a-kind design for Barn Quest has created a way to take the team concepts used in low elements and put them up high!

What makes Eagle Crest facilitators unique?

  • Professionally trained
  • Facilitators stay with team
  • Challenges that target group goals
  • Help team process their experience
  • Help team find methods for application

Facilitators primarily are on the course to manage the risks associated with team building.   In addition, the facilitators also help the team process and find ways to apply their team skills to life.  The same facilitator will work with the group throughout their team building session, instead of bouncing from staff member to staff member.  This enables the experience to be customized to the group dynamics the day of the team building event.
