• Front Dest & Activity Center: is open 24/7 at extension 4824.
• Connections Cafe: will be open:
  Friday March 12: 9:00-12:00am Friday Night Pizza Party (Pizza, Icecream snacks, & Fountain Soda)
  
• Shared Indoor Recreation: time open for contacted retreat groups only:
  6am-12midnight Monday-Sunday
  For specific recreation reservations for your group, contact Conference Services.
• Seasonal Recreation: Closed for the 2009 season.  
  Lake Williamson guests enjoy:  Mini-golf, Sand Volleyball, Disc Golf, Archery, Athletic Fields, Obstacle Course, Wacky Basketball, Tennis/Basketball Courts, Playgrounds Mid-March-Mid November, weather permitting.  Youth groups:  Adult supervision and reservations may be required for certain activities, if you have questions, contact Conference Services.
  Please contact the front desk regarding availability of activities & to check-out recreation equipment.
• BarnQuest High Ropes: Schedule a Tour or Team Building Session!  Group leaders can schedule a tour during their Lake Williamson retreat at the front desk.  To schedule your group for BarnQuest please call our team building consultants at 800-500-LWCC.
• RV & Camping sites:Closed for the 2009 season.  The RV Parks will re-open April 1, 2010.
• Beachfront & Outdoor Pool:  Closed for the 2009 season.  Lake Williamson Groups enjoy the beachfront Memorial Day-Labor Day each year.  Boating is available later in the season, please contact conference services prior to your event for availability.
• Group Leaders: If you have questions regarding your group's specific schedule please contact Dennis in Conference Services.

If you need more information regarding specific times please contact your group leader. Some activities and retreat package options require your group to pre-schedule, those items will not be listed. Your group's schedule is available from Conference Services and will be distributed to your Group's leader.
