Buffet dining is a standard feature included in all of our retreat packages. We offer self-service buffet lines for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, allowing you to enjoy an all-you-can-eat experience.
This dining style is a great way to meet your group members' various needs and tastes; however, it can sometimes lead to waste. We feel excessive waste goes against God’s call for us to be good stewards, so we encourage our guests to: "Take what you want, but eat what you take!" We ask for your gracious compliance in upholding this value.
All meals are served in the Lakeside Dining Room, which sits on the shore of Lake Williamson and has large windows overlooking the water. Following your meal, feel free to step out for a short walk around the lake or take a moment to unwind in the gazebo!
