Meeting rooms are available for small gatherings and large conferences, with our largest venue seating up to 1500 guests.
A staff member will give your technician a short tutorial on using the A/V equipment systems. Many groups find the systems intuitive and very easy to use. However, Lake Williamson can arrange for a technician in advance upon request.

Auditorium

The Auditorium has a seating capacity of 1500 people; Lake Williamson’s largest meeting space. This space is very versatile with various chair/table and wall section combinations. Wall sections can be moved to offer: the whole room as one, divided down the middle to have two rooms, the main room with six breakout spaces (three on each side). There is also a newly built foyer, great for socializing between meetings or displaying exhibitors. Off the foyer is A7, which can hold up to 80 guests. A7 offers its own lavatory, counter top with sink and coffee maker, two wall mounted televisions, and a variety of seating styles. This space makes for a great camp office or child care room. The Auditorium is equipped with a booming sound system, stage lights, two platform televisions, two projectors and screens, and a lot of opportunity for creativity.

The Brotherhood Center

Lake Williamson's newest meeting space, which was completed in September 2018. The Brotherhood Center has a seating capacity of 600 people and is equipped with state-of-the-art audio and visual equipment. The foyer offers a great place for a welcome station or displays. Off the foyer are the bathrooms, as well as two additional meeting spaces: The Lewis Room and The Clark Room. These spaces are great for breakouts or small discussion, as well as being a main meeting space. Both have a max capacity of 30 guests.

The Lincoln Room is located downstairs near the Connections Cafe in the Activities Center building. This beautiful space has a wall of windows allowing natural light to fill the space. A short counter top, sink, and refrigerator are located in the back of the room. This space also offers two wall-mounted televisions and a wall-mounted white board. Portable sound equipment is also available.

AC 201, 202, and 203 are solid meeting spaces with a ton of flexibility! These three rooms can be configured to meet a variety of needs. Wall sections can be moved to offer: all three rooms as one, each room on its own, or two of the rooms combined with one separate. Wall sections can divide the room into four smaller rooms with a hallway down the middle, or a combination of two smaller rooms and one larger room. AC 207 is equipped with a sound system, stage lights, two projectors and screens, and a lot of opportunity for creativity.

Lakeside Center

Lakeside Center features self-contained lodging and meeting space with the meeting room seating up to 220 people. The meeting space is located in the center dome while the lodging is located in the two wings; one east and one west. The Lakeside Center meeting space features a small kitchenette with a counter top, sink, and refrigerator. The Lakeside Center building also has two lounges (one on each wing of lodging) that are great for breakout spaces. There is a TV mounted on the wall. A portable stage and sound system can be provided for this meeting space.

Cottonwood Cabin was designed to be a prime space for smaller meetings. This space is set apart from other meeting spaces offering a quiet, distraction-free atmosphere; yet the space is still within a five minute walk of all lodging, dining, and recreation activities on campus. For groups with over 500 attendance, this space serves well as a breakout meeting area or as additional dormitory space. The space does feature a full restroom and showers inside.
